I think the Oscar is not a chip only as an indicator of quality (speech which in reality could be extended to any type of award), also gave even Sandra Bullock and Nicolas Cage, or even as a joke I could feel something serious.
But for some reason I like to watch the awards ceremony, inevitably lead to doze off watching TV, a little 'because at three in the morning is normal that I understood a little' time because they start the awards my mind is already pretty bored by the vision of the even more useless red carpet.
